A rising star, Sarah Lea, who once received a scholarship to attend New York Film Academy, whom currently lives in Los Angeles and attends the world renowned improve comedy school, “The Groundlings” after having received a scholarship there too, has recently shot the documentary series “Hollywood,” in Cape Town, South Africa. The series is expected to air in the Fall of 2017 on Netflix, as well as on channels in the US and the U.K.
The series follows the lives of Hollywood’s most notorious and their stories and scandals. In particular, Sarah Lea tells the story of the timeless Hollywood actress Kim Novak and her love affair with Sammy Davis Jr. during the civil rights movement.
Sarah Lea graduated from New York Film Academy with multiple distinctions in Acting for film, She consistently models for brands in Los Angeles, shoots commercials and strives to better herself each day. Her diligence is seen in the work she does and it’s starting to pay off having booked such roles in such a short amount of time being in the industry. Who knows, she could very well be the next Charlize Theron.
